Junior Level Training
3-Hour Course
This training
covers the Junior Girl Scout program, including girl/adult
partnership, planning and progression; troop
management of behavior; troop government and group
decision-making; Junior Girl Scout awards; planning a
calendar as well as resource materials and Internet
resources. The Bronze Award is only briefly discussed as
Sahuaro Girl Scout Council offers specialty training on
this–the highest award in Junior Girl Scouts!
Who: Any adult volunteer working with girls K-12th
grades. (Cadette and Senior Girl Scouts grade 9-12th
are welcome to register for this training).
