Facilitator Training

Facilitator Training  A Fast Track to small group training at service unit level

Facilitator (fa·cil·i·ta·tor) - 1. Someone enabling something to happen, somebody who aids or assists in a process, especially by encouraging people to find their own solutions to problems or tasks.

Become a Facilitator and assist with training at the service unit level. You can set your own schedule to find a time and place to meet and talk (small group size, we suggest 2-3 leaders at a time). This gives you an opportunity to mentor leaders in Basic Leader Orientation and Program Age Level training.

Who: Any adult volunteer working with girls K-12th grades. (Cadette and Senior Girl Scouts grade 9-12th are welcome to register for this training)
