Letter to SGSC from the American Red Cross
Dear Kathi,
On behalf of
the American Red Cross, Southern Arizona Chapter and the people
we serve, we would like to extend our deepest appreciation for
your generous contribution of Comfort Kit items on behalf of the
Girl Scouts. Your donation will have a tremendous impact on the
work we do.
As you know,
families turn to our local Red Cross every day to assist them
during a crisis. Sometimes that assistance comes in the form of
warm meals, clean clothes and a place to sleep for local
children and families who have suffered house fires or floods.
Other times, our assistance is needed to help military personnel
return home to be with family when someone is sick or ready to
pass on. Yet, other times, our assistance comes in the form of
lifesaving CPR, First Aid & Lifeguard Training- the kind of
training that truly saves lives.
Thank you for
your wonderful generosity and consideration. Your support of
the American Red Cross through this gift demonstrates your
concern as well as your strong commitment to our community.
Sincerely,
Richard K. White
Chapter Director
