The Annual Meeting is the official meeting of our corporation. SGSC is pleased to announce this year's voting process will be different, thanks to newly adopted bylaws. This year's voting process will require all delegates to cast their ballots online. Each delegate will receive an email with a link and instructions to vote on Monday, March 29. It is a delegate's responsibility to elect new Board Members; please complete the form below in order to ensure you receive voting instructions.
Since voting will be taking place online it is not required for delegates to attend the Annual Meeting on March 31, however, we highly encourage delegates to be present.
